Thank you for shopping with us! Because our products are digital files that are delivered electronically, we generally do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase has been completed and the digital files have been delivered.
Digital Products
All products available in our shop are digital products. No physical items will be shipped.
Because digital files cannot be physically returned once they have been delivered, all digital purchases are considered final.
Problems With Your Order
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you experience a problem with your files, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.
Please reach out if:
- You are unable to access your purchased files.
- A file is missing or does not open correctly.
- You receive an incorrect or defective file.
- A Canva template link is not working.
- You believe there is another issue with your order.
If there is a problem with your purchase, please contact us at pennyandpigment@gmail.com and include your order number and a description of the issue.
We will do our best to resolve the problem, which may include providing a corrected or replacement file when appropriate.
Cancellations
Because digital files may be delivered immediately after purchase, we generally cannot cancel an order once the files have been delivered.
If you accidentally place a duplicate order or experience another issue immediately after purchasing, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to assist you.
