By accessing or purchasing from Penny & Pigment, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
1. Digital Products
All products sold through our shop are digital products unless otherwise stated.
No physical products will be shipped.
Digital products may include printable PDF files, editable Canva templates, instructions, and other digital materials described on the individual product listing.
2. Purchases
By placing an order, you agree that the information you provide during checkout is accurate and complete.
You are responsible for providing a valid email address so that your digital files can be delivered to you.
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
3. Digital Delivery
Digital products are delivered electronically after purchase.
Delivery may include downloadable files and/or access to an editable Canva template, depending on the product purchased.

4. Canva Templates
Some products include editable Canva templates.
A free Canva account may be required to access and edit these templates.
Canva templates are provided for the purchaser's personal use in connection with their own event or celebration.
You may not:
- Resell the Canva template or template link.
- Share the template link with others.
- Distribute the template or design files.
- Use our templates to create products for resale.
- Claim our designs or templates as your own.
5. Personal Use Only
Unless otherwise stated, all purchased files are for personal use only.
You may print the files for your own personal celebration and may print multiple copies as needed for that celebration.
You may not:
- Resell the files.
- Share the files with others.
- Upload the files to websites or file-sharing services.
- Distribute the files for free or for payment.
- Use the files to create products for resale.
- Claim the artwork or designs as your own.
6. Intellectual Property
All designs, artwork, graphics, text, templates, photographs, product images, and other content provided through our shop remain the intellectual property of Penny & Pigment and/or their respective owners.
Purchasing a digital product does not transfer ownership or copyright of the underlying design or artwork to the purchaser.
7. Product Information
We make every effort to accurately display and describe our products.
Colors may appear slightly different depending on your monitor, device, printer, paper, and printing settings.
Digital products may require basic knowledge of downloading, opening, editing, or printing digital files.
8. Changes to Products
We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue products at any time.
Changes will not affect files that have already been properly purchased and delivered, except where an update is necessary to correct an error or provide a better customer experience.
9. Refunds
Because our products are digital and may be delivered immediately after purchase, digital purchases are generally final once the files have been delivered.
If you experience a problem with your order, please contact us. We will make reasonable efforts to help resolve issues involving missing, defective, or incorrect files.

10. Website Use
You agree not to use our website or its content for unlawful purposes or in a way that could damage, interfere with, or disrupt the website or its services.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Penny & Pigment is not responsible for losses or damages resulting from the misuse of purchased files, inability to use a product due to circumstances outside our control, or printing results affected by the customer's printer, paper, software, device, or settings.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any updated terms will be posted on this website.
